Founded in 2006 by Francesco Blanco, a native of Sicily, and Chef Fabrizio Giorgi, born and raised in Como, Café Sapori brings together two distinct regions of Italy under one roof.

You experience Italian cooking rooted in tradition and shaped by place. Sicily’s bold, sun-driven flavors meet the refined, northern approach of Lombardy. The menu reflects both worlds, blending Northern and Southern Italian dishes with a modern sensibility and careful attention to quality.

The atmosphere matches the food. Elegant yet welcoming. Lively but relaxed. Café Sapori opens seven days a week for lunch and dinner, designed for long meals, good conversation, and memorable nights.

Dinner reservations are recommended. Complimentary valet parking is available during dinner service.

Buon Appetito.

more about us

A restaurant’s name has to be perfect. It has to describe the food, the atmosphere and the staff with only a few words. After months of arguing, owners Francesco Blanco and Fabrizio Giorgi decided to combine “Café” and “Sapori” to embody their vision of the restaurant.

“Café” was chosen to best describe the artistically relaxing, upbeat, smart casual ambiance that meets you when you walk through the doors. “Sapori” (not to be confused with the Japanese beer “Sapporo”) in Italian literally means “flavors”, which is what is conveyed in every one of the dishes; an exciting array of herbs, textures and aromas that all together express the “flavor” of the restaurant.
