Chef Fabrizio Giorgi was born in Como, Italy, and began working in professional kitchens at just 14 years old. He developed a strong foundation in classic Italian cuisine before moving to the United States at 24, where he continued to sharpen his skills and broaden his culinary experience.
Today, he is the co-owner of Café Sapori with Francesco Blanco. His food is modern Italian, built on tradition but reimagined with fresh concepts, seasonal ingredients, and a refined, contemporary approach that keeps the cuisine both elevated and approachable.
